What's included in a "preventive maintenance visit"?
Each visit covers a full inspection of your HVAC systems — cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting belts and bearings, testing controls, and replacing filters. You'll receive a written service report after every visit that's detailed enough for your condo board or property management company.
How does emergency dispatch work?
Preferred and Enterprise clients have a direct line to our team around the clock. When you call, a real person picks up and dispatches accordingly. Response timing depends on the nature of the issue — we prioritize based on life-safety risk and building impact, not just ticket order.
Can I switch programs as my building changes?
